Overall not a bad place for a stopover. A few permanents throughout the park and as the previous poster stated it sits across the street from an apartment house and the park isn't fenced, but it appears security isn't an issue. Very level sites and the cable and the Wi-Fi worked great, also pet friendly. It didn't bother me but my wife wasn't real keen on the surroundings. Not sure if we would stay here again.

Pretty typical KOA. Nothing special but the grounds were clean and it was pet friendly. Wi-Fi and cable worked great. There was a little freeway noise but we were 6 rows away from the road. As we found on this trip the amenities start shutting down after Labor Day so no cafe and trash pick up. Overall not bad. We would stay here again

Spent two nights here while we checked out the Tetons. Pull through sites nearest the road appear to be longer and wider than the ones in the rear, where we were at. Space was a little narrow and had to unhook as this pull through wasn't long enough to stay coupled. Had to unhook to sight-see so really no big deal. Satellite was easy to set up and the Wi-Fi worked good. Very nice pet area. Staff was very nice and friendly. We would stay here again.

Very pleasant KOA. Pet friendly and very quiet. Rather nice laundry facilities and the Wi-Fi worked great. Office staff was nice and very knowledgeable about the area. This park like most others in the surrounding states start cutting back on the amenities after Labor Day. Would certainly stay here again.

Maybe it's the time of year but you could not walk outside without stepping on so many stickers (goatherds) that you couldn't wear your shoes or sandals back into your rig. Otherwise a nice setting and in space #1 we didn't hear any freeway noise. Might stay here again but not at this time of year.

Really nice campground in a beautiful setting. Site we were in had a little road noise but very tolerable. Very clean and well kept. As previous poster said deer and turkeys roam through the park. Some spaces looked a little unlevel but the pull thru we were in was fine. Wi-Fi and cable worked great. Very pet friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Easy access from freeway and easy to find. Looks like it used to be a KOA. Owners were very friendly. A very clean campground. The cable TV and the wifi worked great and it is quite pet friendly. Heard the trains a few times during the night, but no big deal to us. We would certainly stay here again.

Very clean park. Rock and pavement, no gravel. I was in a pull thru and didn't have to unhook. The pull thru's taper off on the backside so it would be a long way down to drop rear stabilizers. On 1 night stays I usually don't drop front or rear stabilizers. The office was closed when we arrived but the manager saw us pull in and unlocked the door for my wife to check-in. Staff was friendly and the Safeway store is right around the corner.

Nice long 70'+ sites and wide. We also agree with the previous poster that picnic tables would be nice. Very nice patio area secluded from your neighbors. We were in space 66 and had no WiFi issues. Certainly would stay again.

A nice park, tables at every site. Site was long enough that I didn't have to unhook. The west side is newer and the sites are much wider than the older section. One drawback is the utility placement. They are closer to the front of the sites than the rear. I needed my water hose and electric cord extensions to reach the box. Staff is super nice. Would stay here again.

Usually stay at Black Rock across the street but thought we would try something new to us. The park is very similar to Black Rock, mostly full timers and spaces for travelers. Long pull thrus, very level but gravel. No windstorms, so no problems.Wifi is free and each campsite has a cement patio slab, nice touch. Wifi was free. We would certainly stay there again.

We spent two nights here and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. This is not a new park by any means. We enjoy more grass and gravel than blacktop and cement. The creek and all the greenery really makes this place unique. Wasn't real crazy about the location of their pull thrus so we picked a back in with a long cement patio with table, fire ring and bar-b-q. It was long enough for our 33 foot FW and the truck. Didn't need to unhook. The staff was great to us, took us around in a golf cart to show us empty spaces. They rent DVD's at the office and have a small store with the bare basics, not sure if the store is open all year. No cable and borderline Wi-Fi, but a nice clubhouse and a big porch and tables to access the wifi. The spot we were in, did receive a signal but not real strong, Wi-Fi was included. At $50.00 a night I thought it was a little pricey but we certainly would go back again. Oh yeah, I think the geese could be a problem, but we didn't have any. They just added to the experience.

What a find. No pull thru's but relative easy back in's. Most sites are long, all cement with a cement patio and table plus a fire pit and grill. Some sites are pretty open but not real close and some sites are real private. One drawback or plus is no reservations, first come first served. Don't forget the bug spray like we did. Because of the lake the skitters get a little hungry twice a day. Rangers and staff were all great. Can't wait to go back.

Wi-Fi at the office but not in the campground. Only cell service was AT&T. Very quiet park, we were there mid week. It is about 30 miles from the town of Julian. Apparently this is an old park that has just re-opened. We would stay there again.

Signed in and paid for two nights, and were given a choice of sites. We checked them out, and a few were very good size. Upon further inspection I realized that they were only water and electric, no sewer. Went back to office and inquired, and found out only permanent residents had sewer, and maybe not all of them. It gets pretty cold up there. The manager said that none of the campgrounds in the area have sewer hook ups. They had 3 dump stations but I didn't feel like dumping to start with and then dumping again before we left. He refunded our money and we went on our way.

Stayed 2 nights and the wind never let up, obviously not the parks fault, so we weren't outside at all. Cable and wifi worked great. We were in a back-in that held our 33 ft plus toad, so I didn't have to unhook. Also the site we were in was paved and level. The staff was very friendly and we would stay there again.

Very, very clean park. Appeared that some of the residents were full timers but were very friendly. The restrooms could stand a coat of paint but were very clean and comfortable. Wifi was extra but at $26.00 a day that was understandable. We would stay here again

What a great place. The staff was very friendly, rest rooms, showers and laundry room were spotless. Very wide and deep pull thrus, every site had a table. No cable, but with the antennae we received at least six channels and they were very clear. Can't wait to go back.

Overall a quite nice stopover. Staff was very friendly and helpful. All sites had a table, drawbacks, no cable and the pullthru we were in was very unlevel. I had to unhook from the tv and move it to allow the front of the FW to lower so we could be level. Other than that a little hiway noise but livable. Lots of trees, we would stay again, I would just make sure I was in a better site.
